- What is her experience in this field, does she have any experience of taking care of children the same age of your children.
- What are the activities she is going to do and does she have a plan about activities and projects while she is going to do with your children? Know about her skills and art.
- Ask about her hobbies, interests. Know about what methods does she follow about discipline.
- Ask whether she knows cooking, driving, if she can drive then ask to show the driving license.
